Two foods to beat bloating you aren’t eating enough, says weight loss coach
Bloating is normal yet annoying. It can make you feel less confident in your own skin and cause uncomfortable physical symptoms.
There are many causes of bloating, such as constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, gas, and more. Although you shouldn’t trust social media hacks promising a quick fix, some foods are identified to relieve the effects of bloating.

Weight loss coach reveals two foods to beat bloating
Poor gut health is one of the main culprits of bloating. So, leaning on foods great for your digestive system can naturally reduce gas and other irritable symptoms.
Woman’s weight loss and fitness coach Jenna Rizzo from Georgia claims eating two foods that aren’t included in your diet enough can naturally reduce bloating and help you achieve a “flat stomach.”
Though belly fat takes more than just rigorous exercise to vanish, the advice offered by the fitness coach is only to flatten your stomach by getting rid of the excess gas.
She elaborated on two foods to include in your daily diet to beat bloating – fermented foods and protein.
Not only are fermented foods such as yogurt, kimchi, and kombucha loaded with nutrients, but they also contain probiotics that are great for your gut health.
Jenna claims: “These foods are going to help way more with reducing bloating than any type of green drinks ever will.”
The other food she swears by is protein, which the fitness coach recommends adding to “every single meal and snack you eat throughout the day.”
She says protein keeps you full for longer and naturally increases the body’s ability to burn fat. “It also creates a nice muscle tone. So when you do lose weight, you don’t end up looking skinny fat.”
Simple massage to relieve bloating instantly
If you’re struggling with bloating and looking for an instant fix, look no more. A naturopathic doctor demonstrates an easy massage technique to push the gas out of your system.
Dr. Janine Bowring’s step-by-step guide to the self-care technique known as Ileocecal Valve Massage is medically approved and safe to try at home. Follow the below steps:
- Find the spot between your right hip bone and belly button where the Ileocecal Valve is located.
- Use your fingers to massage the valve in clockwise circles.
- Pull your hands towards the belly button ten times as demonstrated by the doctor in her TikTok video below.
- Then, pull your fingers from the left side of your intestine towards the valve to move the fecal matter and gas toward the valve.
- The last step involves moving the fingers towards your right-hand shoulders with a jerking motion.
