Man wears Apple Vision Pro goggles to his wedding
A picture of a groom went viral on social media after people realized he was dressed to the nines and wearing his Apple Vision Pro.
The Apple Vision Pro launched early in February in a technology move that, strangely, The Simpsons had predicted years earlier. Since then, the world has been besieged by tech-lovers as people are photographed in restaurants, coffee shops, and even the train.
A wedding to remember
The groom in question, tech entrepreneur Jacob Wright, wore the Apple Vision Pro during the photograph portion of his nuptials. In viral pictures on Twitter, now called X, his bride-to-be Cambree didnt seem too pleased with the third person in their relationship.
The groom told Futurism: I did not wear it in ceremony out of respect to God and to my wife. But after we got out [of the ceremony], we were taking photos like the bridesmaids and the groomsmen and things and just jokingly, I was like, ‘Hey, I have my Apple Vision Pro in my backpack.”
While in conversation with SFGate, Cambree further elaborated on her relationship with both Jacob and his Apple Vision Pro.
I try not to look because its a little creepy, its a little uncanny, she said. When hes in the Apple Vision Pro, I let him do his thing.

She added: Hes like, Hey baby, can we get pictures with the Apple Vision Pro?
He probably asked me two or three times. I was like, No, no, no, we have to wait, we have to wait. And then I turn around one minute and he has it on.
Social media users also found the moment incredibly cringe, as one person quipped: Her expression says it all… I really feel sorry for her in this situation.
How sad. The best day of their lives just became the worst, someone else wrote, which sparked another to say, Modern Clowns.
Some of the other strange places
Almost immediately after the Apple Vision Pro was released, one guy was spotted on a New York City subway clicking away in the air with his goggles on. Needless to say, he turned some heads, so much so that he went completely viral.
In the street
Officials issued a stark warning after a gentleman brandishing the chunky goggles was spotted crossing the road in front of police.
While driving
It should go without saying that the human race is not quite at the stage of using technology behind the wheel of a car. Unfortunately, one man didn’t get the memo and was reportedly arrested because of it.
At the gym
There are dozens of videos circulating online of people using the Apple Vision Pro while they are grinding away at the gym. Though watching “how to” videos could be a massive help during a gym session, just imagine an advert popping up for a horror film. Complete chaos.
While eating a meal
Though this is arguably one of the least dangerous entries on the list, it does spark questions about the point of having a meal with your friend while wearing the headset.
Walking the dog
While his real-life dog was at home begging for some outside time, this Apple Vision Pro fan strutted the streets with his new and improved robot pooch.
