The three time stamps have become a symbol among fans for raising awareness of mental health and being an emblem of suicide prevention.

While the song originally came out in 2019, it ended up going viral on TikTok in 2021. There are currently more than 12,000 posts to the video-sharing platform.
Appreciation for the song has continued into 2022 as fans show their 614 615 623 tattoos in videos as the song’s third verse plays.
We Three guitarist and vocalist Manny, who wrote Sara, often duets fan videos of people showing off their ink. Earlier this month, while reacting to a fan’s tattoo, he admitted he never imagined people would end up getting 614 615 623 inked when he wrote the song:

Who are We Three?
We Three are an Oregon-based trio you may recognise from their stint on America’s Got Talent in 2018. The band consists of siblings Manny (lead singer/guitarist), Bethany (bass/vocals), and Joshua (drums and keys).
Sara is their most-streamed song with more than 16 million plays on Spotify. It was released as part of 2019 EP Were All Messed Up But It’s Ok.
The group has also released two albums. Their self-titled debut album dropped in 2018, followed by Dear Paranoia, Sincerely Me in 2020.
