Vizzy Hard Seltzer debuted its line of mimosa-themed drinks this month in a new commercial, although the new drinks aren’t the only thing to have caught the attention of Vizzy fans.

What is the song in Vizzy Hard Seltzer’s new 2022 commercial?
The upbeat track featured in Vizzy’s new mimosa advert is Soulful Strut by American soul and jazz group Young-Holt Unlimited.
The instrumental song was released in 1968 and was the ensemble’s biggest hit. Pop Dose reports the track made its way to number three on the Billboard Hot 100 and sold more than a million copies.
As per Internet FM, Soulful Strut started out as a backing track for singer Barbara Acklin’s song Am I The Same Girl, which was released in 1969.

Vizzy’s 2022 commercial is not the song’s first ad feature
UK audiences may recognise the Sixties instrumental for its feature in other well-known advertisements. The song recently featured in a commercial for optician and eyewear brand Vision Express. In the 2021 ad, Martin the mole struts down the street to the song after buying a new pair of glasses.
According to AdBreak Anthems, the song also featured in a 2015 UK McDonald’s advert promoting a blended ice drink.

Vizzy’s 2021 commercial song hits different
In promotion of the seltzer brand’s lemonade range last year, Vizzy featured a more dynamic dance and electronic track.
