The Young and the Restless star Courtney Hope took to Instagram to send a candid and heartfelt message to fans. The star opened up over finding her ‘strength’ and working towards “building herself back up” again.

On April 12, The Young And The Restless actress shared a candid message to her 164k Instagram followers. The inspirational message also showed gratitude to those who have been supporting her.

The Young And Restless actress wrote:

“In case you needed to hear it today, like I have lately. 

And I want to express gratitude to the people around me in my life who have helped and are still helping me build my self back to the woman I know I am and want to be. Thanks for helping me see my strength and worth. I couldn’t be more thankful for you all.

“Just remember, as I am finally fully accepting as well, you ARE worth it, you are enough, and deserve the BEST in this world.”

As she attached pictures of a lake to her video to set up the mood, her message was accompanied by Tatiana Manaois’ song Like You.
