Anchor celebrates 20-year work anniversary off-air
Earlier this week, Robin Meade announced she would be celebrating 20 years at CNN Headline News, also known as HLN, away from the screen as she continues her annual leave.
In a post on Twitter, she wrote: “I have one more week off (I’m one week into a two-week breather celebrating the 20-year mark on the mornings @MorningExp @HLNTV). Then I’m back with ya to roust you out of your sleep, bright and early. Thanks for understanding and thanks for 20 years! And counting.”
Meade has been a part of HLN since 2001 and has become one of America’s longest-serving anchors on a national morning TV news show.
