The last time General Hospital viewers saw Jordan Ashford, she was recovering from a near-death experience and sent to a different medical clinic. Finally, Jordan is back and better than ever as she returns to the docks of Port Charles.
You may have had to do a double-take when Jordan Ashford stepped back on screen. This is because the character has been re-cast and the new actor joining the daytime soap opera is Tanisha Harper.
The tea is ready to be spilt as she returns to pick up the pieces of her failed marriage with Curtis. Little does Jord know that he has moved on with his ex, Portia Robinson…queue the drama.

Meet the Jordan Ashford recast on General Hospital
Tanisha Harper will be the third actor playing Jordan Ashford, or fourth considering there was a temporary recast of Tiffany Daniels for a brief period in January 2021.
We first met the character in March 2014 with actor Vinessa Antoine in the role. After Antoine’s departure in 2018, Brianna Nicole Henry filled her shoes who then exited the soap in September 2021. Now Jordan Ashford has taken over and we can’t wait to see more of the new series regular, hurrah!
