As part one landed on Paramount+ this week, fans are curious to know when South Park: Post Covid part 2 will be released.

When does part 2 of South Park’s Post Covid special come out?

Fans got a first look at the South Park: Post Covid movie event last week as Paramount Plus released a 40-second teaser. Following the sneak peek, it was announced the event would be split into two, with the first special released on 25 November.

A date for the second part of the movie event has not been revealed, although a December release has been confirmed. As the first instalment premiered, fans are eager to watch part 2:

Fans share theories about the South Park: Post Covid part 2 release date

While an exact release date is yet to be revealed, some South Park fans seem to believe a Christmas release is likely.

As the first part of the Post Covid event was released today, Thursday (25 November), one Reddit user theorised the second part of the special may also use the 25th as a release date, ie Christmas Day:

Where will it be available to watch?

South Park: Post Covid part 1 was released exclusively on Paramount+, today (Thursday 25 November) with the second also expected on the streaming service.

The first instalment is currently only available for Paramount+ customers in the US and Canada and will be released to customers in Australia, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden on Friday.

Those who are not already a customer can subscribe to either the Essential Plan, which is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year or the Premium plan, which is $9.99 monthly and $99.99 annually.

According to Tech Advisor, you can currently get a one-month free trial as part of the streamer’s Black Friday deals, although this is only available until Cyber Monday (29 November).

The South Park Twitter account also shared a similar deal today as they revealed fans can use the code SOUTHPARK for a free 30-day trial:
