Katrina Lenk is another fresh face to join season 4 of Ozark as she joins the world of the Byrde family and their money-laundering operations. Created by Bill Dubuque and Mark Williams for Netflix, Ozark had a brief hiatus but is finally back with its last ever instalment.
There were only seven episodes added to part 1 of Ozark. Yes, that’s right, Netflix split it into two parts making the wait for part 2 quite frankly agonising. However, there has been so much to digest, it’s probably better we have some time to take in the recent happenings. This will also give us a chance to meet some of the new faces who have joined the cast in the final season of the hit show.
Part 1 of season 4 landed on Netflix on Friday, 21 January 2022, reuniting us with familiar faces but let’s find out more about some of the new ones. Read on to discover more about Katrina Lenk and how old she is.

How old is Katrina Lenk?
Katrina Lenk is 47 years old. She was born on 26 November 1974 in Chicago. Her family are of Eastern European descent. Katrina attended Barrington High School, later graduating from the School Of Music at Northwestern University in 1997. She majored in viola performance along with voice and musical theatre. Her performing arts education helped her secure acting roles on-screen and on the stage.
Before the pandemic struck, Lenk was meant to star as Bobbie in the revival of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth’s broadway show Company. She has appeared in Apple TV+ show Little Voice and CBS offering Tommy.
That’s not her first time starring in a television series, she has also been cast in The Village, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel and The Good Fight. Lenk earned a Tony Award for The Band’s Visit. She is known for her Broadway performances and some of her stage credits include Indecent, Once, Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, and The Miracle Worker.
Clare Shaw from Ozark
Katrina Lenk plays Clare Shaw, chief executive of her family’s pharmaceutical company. The Byrdes ask her to join their foundation and become a distributor for the cartel. That means the company is bound to get caught up in scandal.
Wendy has a meeting with Clare Shaw and asks for a partnership between Shaw Medical Solutions and the Byrde Foundation. Clare Shaw initially declines the partnership but when Marty gives her an overview of her company’s struggling finances she seems to have a change of heart. He offers her a deal that would save her $300 million, with $150 million of that going to the Byrde Foundation. It’s an offer Clare can’t turn down.
Other new characters to join the cast in its final season include Alfonso Herrera, Adam Rothenberg, Bruno Bichir, and CC Castillo. Lenk will act alongside Felix Solis and Damian Young, who have become series regulars since season 3.
She will be joined by the recurring main cast, including Jason Bateman, Laura Linney, Julia Garner, Sofia Hublitz, Skylar Gaertner, Charlie Tahan, Jessica Frances Dukes, Lisa Emery, John Bedford Lloyd, and Joseph Sikora.
