However, there’s a Twitter rumour circling that Victoria Pedretti has been arrested. Is this true? Keep reading to find out.
Victoria Pedretti roles
Pedretti is perhaps best known for her role as Love Quinn in You season two. Her character is the new object of stalker Joe Goldberg’s affections.
However, things don’t work out quite as you expect them to. She will return for a nail-biting third season as soon as possible, although filming may be delayed because of the pandemic.
Pedretti also had a small role as Lulu in Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, but the role that sky-rocketed her career was as Nell Crain in the Haunting Of Hill House.
This horror series captivated viewers and showed off Pedretti’s acting skills. Pedretti returns in another horror series The Haunting Of Bly Manor that has just been released.
Victoria Pedretti mugshot rumours: Has she been arrested?
It seems an overly zealous Twitter fan account placed two pictures together, one of Victoria Pedretti and a lookalike in a mugshot-style photo. This sparked an online rumour that this was Victoria Pedretti’s mugshot and she had been arrested.
However, there’s no evidence to suggest the 25-year-old actor has ever been in an altercation with the law.
The Haunting Of Bly Manor
Fans have been going crazy for new Netflix horror series The Haunting Of Bly Manor.
Pedretti plays Dani Clayton, a teacher running from her past who comes to work as an au pair for orphaned children at Bly Manor. Strange things start to occur and she realises she isn’t the only one walking those old and twisting corridors.
The series is based on classic novel The Turn Of The Screw by Henry James but has been updated to a 1980s setting. The series also has a romance between Dani and Jamie in a move that many fans are celebrating for its LGBT representation.
Speaking to 9Honey Celebrity, Pedretti said: “Telling our love story, it’s kind of this beautiful exception I think in that it’s a sweetening romance, but it doesn’t just bulldoze.
“They kind of tiptoe into each other’s lives and take everything day by day and slowly build trust and understanding and slowly become vulnerable with each other. I think it’s a healthier relationship we don’t see represented in film and television very much.”
