Who is Gina Bramhill? The actress is making a name for herself with roles like young Connie in BBC’s Us and Grace in Agatha And The Midnight Murders. Here’s everything you need to know about the rising star.

Who is Gina Bramhill?

Gina Bramhill, born in 1989, is a 31-year-old British TV and Soap opera actress. Bramhill grew up on a farm in Eastoft and made her way onto the screens of British viewers after graduating from The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts.

She has been actively working on carious projects since 2009, when her first appearance was in a short film called “Propane”. Only a year later in 2010, she landed her first film role playing a secretary in “Made in Dagenham”.

Most recently, Gina has landed a role in the four-part BBC comedy series, titled “Us”. The show is an adaptation of a novel by the same name, written by David Nicholls.

In BBC’s Us, Gina Bramhill plays a younger version of the main character Connie (Portrayed by Saskia Reeves). Connie’s central drama on the show is she no longer sees a reason to stay with her husband, who, throughout the series, tries to win back her love.

Gina also plays Grace in Channel 5’s feature length drama about famous crime writer, Agatha Christie, called Agatha And The Midnight Murders. The film’s story takes place over the course of a single night in the 1940s, during a World War II air raid. While trying to sell an unpublished manuscript to a private collector in order to pay off some debts, a half-broke Christie gets caught up in the air raid.

In the film, Gina Bramhill plays Grace – the glamorous love interest of Sir Malcolm Campbell and a fan of Agatha Christie’s with potential connections to the supernatural.

Instagram, Twitter and more

She currently has no social media presence on Twitter or Instagram, though she does feature in images posted by friends and acquaintances.

Gina is reportedly a fan of David Nicholls, as she tells TV Archive: “I am a huge David Nicholls fan! One Day has to be one of my all-time favourites. Somehow I had missed this one, so it was an absolute delight to read it after I got the part”.

Fans of Gina’s have often compared her to French actress Clémence Poésy (who played Fleur Delacour in the Harry Potter movies). The blonde hair, blue eyes and chiselled bone structure make them look almost identical.

There is no information on whether Gina Bramhill is dating anyone as of yet, but we look forward to watching the actress’s continual growth.
