Along with acting Courtney Hope has a passion for health and fitness. Courtney has “taught and studied fitness over the last few decades,” as per one of her Instagram posts and is also a certified nutrition coach. Hope often takes to Instagram to share her workouts, exercise tips and nutrition advice to inspire her fans.
In a recent Instagram post, Hope has shared a mantra that keeps her optimistic and motivated: “But in moments of distress, it’s hopeful to see the beautiful blessings and potential all around us.”
Hope also reveals that she has always been fascinated by the so-called “poetry of life” which has allowed her to see double meanings and the potential in every scenario.
The actor also encourages fans to take a step back from life and stop overthinking: “Sometimes, it’s OK to just observe, take note, and have faith that we will know when it is time to create our next adventure.” This is a message which has resonated with many people who feel at a crossroads in their life and are looking for hope.
