The miniseries created by Jonathan Igla follows Clint Barton and Kate Bishop who must battle enemies of Hawkeye’s past. What role does Cooper Barton play in the series and who is the actor behind him, Ben Sakamoto?
Hawkeye will have six episodes with the first two episodes now available to stream on Disney+. Episodes are released every Wednesday until the final episode which will premiere on 22nd December.
The recent series sees Hawkeye firing arrows from Christmas decorated buildings in hopes of getting back home for Santas arrival.

Who is actor Ben Sakamoto?
Ben Sakamoto is an American actor who was reportedly 12 years old when he first started his professional acting career.
You may recognise Ben for his roles in Avengers: Endgame (2019) and Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). However, if you’re a Hawkeye fan you’ll know him best as Cooper Barton. His main appearances are in the episodes titled Never Meet Your Heroes and Hide and Seek. Don’t worry, we will see more of him in the future episodes.
Sakamoto was cast in the superhero film Avengers Endgame playing the role of Cooper Barton. He also played the role of Cooper in the Avenger’s sequel Age of Ultron which premiered in 2015.
He reprised his role in Avengers: Endgame sequel Hawkeye as the son of Clint and Laura Barton.

Hawkeye’s son Cooper makes comeback?
Sakamoto is reprising his role as Cooper in Hawkeye which arrived on Disney+ on 24th November 2021.
In the series, it is expected that we will see Ben Sakamoto, Ava Russo and Cade Woodward reprise their roles as Clint’s children. The newest addition to the pack is a golden retriever named Jolt who will star as Lucky the Pizza Dog and is very cute.
Cooper’s first appearance was in the Barton farmhouse with his siblings, Lila and Nathaniel. At this time Cooper was 19, Lila was 16, and Nathaniel was 14.
Hawkeye is available to stream now on Disney+ after premiering on November 24th, 2021.
