Women are asking partners to buy ‘pads with wings’ and getting funniest response
A funny new relationship challenge is taking over TikTok which sees women asking their partner to buy them ‘pads with wings’.
Men are getting the wrong end of the stick and returning from the store with something else, and their confusion is totally hilarious.
Funny ‘pads with wings’ trend
Women want their partners to bring them sanitary towels with wings, meaning ones with an extra piece of sticky material on the sides which fold over your underwear so that the pad stays securely in place.
However, men have no idea what that means, and are hilariously returning with two things – a packet of pads and a portion of chicken wings!
The trend started on February 5, when a woman texted her husband asking him to buy pads with wings and filmed the response.
In the viral video shared by TikTok couple The LaVignes, the guy says “I got you pads and I got you wings” as his wife laughs.
He then starts getting all defensive, saying: “You be hungry. You don’t want the wings? You want just pads? Then say I want pads.”
She repeats “No, pads with wings” and he gets even angrier, reiterating that he bought her exactly what she asked for.
The man still can’t understand what he did wrong, saying: “I don’t know none other than this for wings. These are wings. What does wings mean?”
People say she’s ‘winning’
The video has had almost 15 million views and women are saying it was actually a win as she got the pads she wanted, plus some chicken wings.
One person wrote: “Girl don’t explain. Take the pads, take the wings and kiss him. That’s a double win.”
“He got you pads with wings and chicken wings on the side. So you winning,” said another.
A third person added: “It’s the fact he got it soooo wrong but soooo right at the same time. Bless him he really tried.”
“He didn’t understand the assignment but still passed with an A+,” someone else laughed.
Another commented: “I wouldn’t even be mad… pass the ranch dressing please.”
It comes following the Ketchup Test, a similar challenge where girlfriends and wives were squeezing ketchup on the bare counter and asking their partners to clean it up.

Now, the trend has taken over TikTok and everyone is asking their boyfriends and husbands to buy them pads with wings – and they’re all doing the same thing.
