- Consume inspiring content (podcasts, books)

That checklist is a great start, but there are loads of other daily habits you can do to make sure you’re ‘That Girl’ too.
One TikTok user recommends always smelling good, wearing cute clothes, staying hydrated and having your nails done.
Another says you should make your bed every morning, go on a mental health walk every day and make daily to-do lists.
Other tasks include doing your skincare, not drinking alcohol, having a hair care routine and taking cold showers.
