‘The World Bucket List’ on Instagram

The Instagram trend revolves around a template which contains a list of countries with tick boxes next to them.

You place a tick emoji next to all the places you’ve visited in your life, revealing how well travelled you are.

The list begins with USA and includes countries all over the world, from Austria to Kazakhstan, Turkey to South Korea.

If you only have a few ticks, you aren’t much of a globetrotter, but loads tells your followers that you are a keen adventurer.

The challenge is part of a wider trend called Add Yours templates, a new feature which was added in December.

This lets you create a template using images, text and other elements and share it with the rest of Instagram through Stories.

Another viral one is ‘States I’ve Visited or Lived In’, where you mark all the US states you’ve been to in your life.

The ‘Get To Know Me’ and ‘A Little Bit About Myself’ templates also let your followers learn a little more about you.

You can make your own template by opening a new Story and clicking on the smiley face in a square. Then, tap ‘Add Yours Templates’.
