Here’s a round-up of the latest transfer news surrounding Tottenham Hotspur.

Earlier this week we reported on Tottenham’s links to Issa Diop, Merih Demiral, Kyle Joseph and the possible departures of three members of Jose Mourinho’s squad.

Here’s more transfer news and gossip from the Spurs camp.

Potential signings

Marcel Sabitzer

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on luring RB Leipzig midfielder Marcel Sabitzer to north London, according to the Athletic.

He has been involved in 84 goals in 205 appearances in all competitions to date for the Bundesliga side and has a £30 million valuation.

That figure is one-third of his price tag eight months ago and makes him a viable option considering he is out of contract in June 2022.

However, any supposed deal would be unlikely to occur this window, with die Roten Bullen set to keep hold of the 26-year-old for their European exploits.

The Daily Mail suggests the French side has held talks with the winger. Marseille now lead a four-way contest, including the likes of Monaco and Benfica.

The Englishman has made just one Premier League start all season and has mostly been playing for Leicester’s development squad.

He has been in fine form there, however, scoring three goals and providing an assist in four Premier League 2 matches.

Milan Skriniar

Spurs’ hopes of landing Inter Milan’s prized-centre-back Milan Skriniar seem to be over. The defender has told Inter’s official website he is committed to the Nerazzurri.

The defender has been highly regarded for some time and has been a regular starter since Diego Godin’s departure over the summer.

Skriniar’s valuation is reportedly £55 million and Tottenham may favour a cheaper alternative anyway – unless a major sale takes place (see below).
