We take a look at Lolita Osmanova, Grigor Dimitrov’s girlfriend, ahead of the Bulgarian’s match at the ATP Paris Masters.
The world’s best tennis players take to Paris this week for one of the most prestigious tournaments on the tennis calendar.
Former world no.3 Grigor Dimitrov will be in action in the Round of 16 against world no.1 Carlos Alcaraz.
Dimitrov has made a name for himself off the court as much as on the court in recent years. Here we take a look at his current relationship.
Who is Grigor Dimitrov’s girlfriend, Lolita Osmanova?
Grigor Dimitrov’s girlfriend is Russian Lolita Osmanova, who he has been dating since December 2020. Osmanova is the CEO of Luxury International Magazine and an ambassador of Monaco at Berlin Iglesias Art. She is also the daughter of Russian billionaire Eldar Osmanova.
Osmanova was previously married to a Russian-American businessman Gaspar Avdolyan for a brief time. However, the pair got divorced after a short time.
Lolita is active on Instagram
The Daily Mail reports that Lolita was spotted donning what looked to be an engagement ring at the Australian Open this year. However, neither Lolita nor Grigor have publicly confirmed their engagement.
Lolita is on Instagram @lola_queen where she has over 110k followers. According to her bio, she is based in Monaco but often travels to watch her Grigor in action.
Don’t be surprised if she makes an appearance at the US Open this week.
Dimitrov’s previous girlfriends and relationships
The Bulgarian tennis star has dated a number of high-profile women in the past. The first of which was tennis legend, Serena Williams.
Dimitrov was with another legendary tennis figure between 2013-2105 as he dated former Russian tennis star, Maria Sharapova.
Perhaps his most high-profile relationship was with former Pussycat Doll turned Australia’s Got Talent judge Nicole Scherzinger. The pair dated between 2015 and 2020, however, per The Express, ‘the couple’s hectic schedules made it difficult to spend time together.’
His 2022 so far
Grigor appeared at the 2022 Australian Open but lost in the second round to Benoît Paire. He followed that up by appearing at the 2022 Delray Beach Open where he entered the record books.
After his second-round win there vs Mitchell Kreuger, Grigor became only the second man born in the ‘90s or later to reach 350 career wins, after Milos Raonic.
He reached the quarterfinals of the Indian Wells Masters before losing to 7th seed Andrey Rublev. He reached the semifinals at the Monte-Carlo Masters, beating 4th seed Casper Ruud and 11th seed Hubert Hurkacz.
At the 2022 French Open, he lost in the third round to 15th seed Diego Schwartzman in straight sets. At Wimbledon he retired in the first round against Steve Johnson.
Dimitrov had two straight first round losses at the 2022 Sofia Open and the 2022 Stockholm Open, but reached the semifinal at the 2022 Erste Bank Open. He lost to world No. 4 and eventual champion Daniil Medvedev.
