ONE Championship kickboxing star Superbon Banchamek has boldly claimed that he can beat Conor McGregor in an MMA fight.

Not many people dared to call out the Notorious one when he was in his prime a few years ago. However, a terrible run of results has made him a target for many fighters as everyone knows they’d make a fortune fighting him.

McGregor is still recovering from the horrific injury he suffered against Dustin Poirier. Once he is cleared to fight again, Superbon believes he can get the better of him, and fans have since been curious to know more about the Thai kickboxer.

What is Superbon Banchamek’s net worth?

According to Wikispro, Superbon is worth somewhere between $5 million and $10 million.

Most of his earnings have come through his profession as a kickboxer, but the report claims he has made a fair bit of money through his side hustle as well.

Superbon is one of the best kickboxers on the planet. He is ranked number three in the sport and he is set to face Giorgio Petrosyan for the vacant ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Title this weekend.

What did Superbon say about Conor McGregor?

It has been confirmed that Superbon’s ONE Championship colleague Rodtang Jitmuangnon will face former UFC star Demetrius Johnson in a mixed-rules bout in December.

Asked if he would ever consider fighting someone from the UFC, Superbon boldly claimed he could beat the promotion’s biggest name, Conor McGregor.

He said, as per The Mirror: “It’s quite a new thing for me because I’ve never seen this kind of mixed rules fight before. Rodtang is very good in Muay Thai while DJ is great in MMA so they’ve got the things that they need to do.

“If I have a chance I’d be interested too. I don’t know when, but I’d love to do that. I haven’t tried MMA yet – but if you asked me [who I’d like to fight], I’d say Conor McGregor, because I think I could beat him down!”
