Porto are reportedly plotting a deadline day double swoop on London clubs.

According to TalkSport’s Live Blog, 05/10, 3:16pm, West Ham midfielder Felipe Anderson is wanted on loan by the Portuguese side.

And the Guardian’s Live Blog, 05/10, 3:37pm, say that Danny Rose is also of interest to them as a replacement for Alex Telles.

Telles is apparently set for Manchester United and Rose could be Porto’s new left back.

Anderson is on £85,000-a-week at the London Stadium, according to Spotrac, but finds himself out of the starting team right now.

The Hammers have won their last two Premier League matches, scoring seven without conceding one, and Anderson doesn’t look likely to force his way in.

Rose doesn’t even have a shirt number at Tottenham this season and Jose Mourinho has Ben Davies and Sergio Reguilon at left back now.

Spotrac claim he is on £60,000-a-week at Spurs, and getting those wages off the bill would be decent deadline day business for Jose Mourinho.

The Evening Standard report that outgoings are the priority for Spurs today and Rose is namechecked in that report.

Porto can offer Champions League football and have been drawn in the same group as Manchester City, Olympiacos and Marseille in Group C.

That should entice both players, especially Rose who needs football ahead of Euro 2021.
