John Lundstram

The Daily Record also claim that manager Steven Gerrard is eyeing up a move for Sheffield United midfielder John Lundstram.

After previously starring for the Blades in the Premier League, the 26-year-old is now seemingly in need of regular first-team football.

Siriki Dembele

Another potential incoming player from England is Peterborough attacker Siriki Dembele.

The Scottish Sun report that the 24-year-old has handed in a transfer request, with Rangers reportedly watching his displays on two occasions this season.

Possible departures

Jordan Jones

Winger Jordan Jones will be allowed to leave this month, according to the Daily Record.

He is available to play for the club after serving a ban for breaching COVID-19 protocols. But Gerrard could send him on loan in a bid for regular first-team action.

George Edmundson

The defender is another who received a ban for his breach of covid-19 protocols, and is another who Gerrard will allow to leave on loan.

The Daily Record report that the 23-year-old is being monitored by several Championship and League One clubs.

Kai Kennedy

The 18-year-old has been recalled by Rangers from Inverness, with his future in Glasgow now uncertain.

With the likes of Ryan Kent, Kemar Roofe and Ianis Hagi regularly filling the wide attacking spots in the first team, Gerrard may look to cash in on the youngster, as per the Glasgow Evening Times.

The youngster’s current contract expires in May of this year, with no signs of a new deal.
