Some Rangers fans react to report linking Lazio with swoop for Hagi

Serie A club Lazio are apparently keen on a summer swoop for Rangers winger Ianis Hagi.

Calcio Mercato claim that the Romanian is among the names being considered by the Italian side.

They have struggled for goals this season and are prepared to spend £9 million on the wideman to improve their creativity.

At this stage last term, they had netted 62 goals but that figure is just 43 across the same period this time around.

Hagi has of course been part of the Rangers side which has just won the Scottish title and reached the last 16 of the Europa League.

That said, there seemed to be an understanding from some fans on Twitter that some players would need to be sold.

That’s to raise the cash to both freshen up and improve Steven Gerrard’s squad on the back of that success.
