Prater went 4-for-4 on field goal attempts, with his 47-yarder winning it as time expired.

For the Cowboys, it was a night to forget, as they lost five players to injury.

Defensive tackle Neville Gallimore suffered a reported hyperextended elbow.

That was followed by backup tight end Sean McKeon going to the locker room with an ankle ailment.

Receiver Malik Turner, linebacker Anthony Hines, and offensive tackle Ty Nsekhe also all sustained injuries.

The Cardinals next game will be against the Kansas City Chiefs next Friday (21 August).

People react to hearing Ron Wolfley on Cardinals commentory

The Cardinals vs Cowboys game was broadcast on the NFL Network last night.

That meant a national audience was able to watch along with Arizona fans viewing the local broadcast on NBC.

ESPN’s Dave Pasch is a recognisable face/voice to many.

However, Arizona Sports 98.7 FM‘s Ron Wolfley, who was also on announcer duties during the game, is a little less well known.

Ron Wolfley is a co-host on Arizona Sports’ Doug & Wolf, and is a color commentator for the Cardinals’ radio broadcast.

Those on Twitter seemed a little taken aback by Wolfley’s commentary style, and compared his voice to that of a wrestler.
