Peyton Manning to be inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame
On Sunday, Peyton Manning will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
Manning was selected first overall in the 1998 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts, where he starred as the starting quarterback from until 2010. Manning won Super Bowl XLI with the franchise in 2007.
In 2011 he moved to the Denver Broncos. His career ended with a victory in Super Bowl 50, making him the first starting quarterback to win the Super Bowl for more than one franchise.
Manning is a four-time NFL MVP, and ranks third all-time in career passing yards
Peyton Manning’s father, Archie, will be presenting him at the Pro Football Hall of Fame enshrinement on Sunday.
Manning will be representing both the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos, as well as the University of Tennessee, which he attended.
Who is Peyton Manning’s wife?
Peyton Manning’s wife is Ashley Manning (nee Thompson), who was born on December 2, 1974, in Memphis, Tennessee.
Ashley met Peyton through a mutual friend in 1996, with the youngster sharing a summer romance.
They went on to have a long-distance relationship in college, as Peyton attended the University of Tennessee while Ashley went to the University of Virginia.
They remained close and got married in 2001.

Ashley Manning is a formidable businesswoman, and is a minority owner of her hometown NBA team, the Memphis Grizzlies.
She graduated with a degree in marketing and finance and has her own successful real estate company.
Ashley and her husband are known philanthropists, and together founded the PeyBeck Foundation, which helps children in poverty in Tennessee.
They have taken part in countless charity events together, and handed-out meals to healthcare workers during the height of the pandemic last year.

Peyton and Ashley Manning have two children together, twins Marshall Williams Manning (a boy), and Mosley Thompson Manning (a girl).
The twins were born on March 31, 2011 and are ten-years-old.
Peyton obviously keeps his young children out of the limelight, but both Marshall and Mosley have been spotted at various sporting events with their parents.
