Having graduated from Hartland High School, Rachel attended Eastern Michigan University, majoring in sports management.
Her love of football, where she captained the school team, continued throughout university until she graduated in 2016.
And it was there she met Maxx Crosby, a student-athlete at Eastern Michigan. The couple have been together since 2017.

Crosby was huge in Las Vegas’ 35-32 overtime victory over the Chargers in Week 18. He was named defensive player of the week for his performance six total tackles, 2.0 sacks, three tackles for loss, four QB hits, and three passes defensed.
Crosby ended the 2021 season with 8.0 sacks, 13 tackles for loss, and 30 quarterback hits. He takes on the Bengals on Super Wild Card Weekend in what is the Raiders first playoff berth since 2016.
