The Lakers star was involved in yet more drama on Wednesday night, as two people were ejected from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. But what did the Pacers fan say to LeBron James to get kicked out? Let’s explore what happened.

LeBron James returned to action on Wednesday night following his one-game suspension for his involvement in the Isaiah Stewart altercation.

James scored a season-high 39 points as the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Indiana Pacers 124-116 in overtime.

However, the game was marred by an incident involving two fans sitting courtside at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

LeBron gets two Pacers fans ejected from game

With 2:29 left in overtime, James had two Pacers fans sitting courtside ejected from the arena.

James initially ran down the court, gesturing for referee Rodney Mott to follow him. The Lakers star then proceeded to point out the perpetrators, telling the official, “Right f***ing here.”

Another arena official then came over, and after a brief conversation with Mott, security escorted the man and woman from their seats. The woman could be seen pulling a face as she left while moving her hands as if pretending to cry.

What did the fan say to LeBron to get kicked out?

Many people at the time wondered what the fan said to LeBron in order to get kicked out.

We didn’t get any clarity until after the game when LeBron spoke to reporters about the incident.

He said: “When obscene gestures and language come into it, can’t be tolerated”.

According to USA Today, James added, “There’s a difference from cheering for your team and not wanting the other team to win and things I would never say to a fan and they shouldn’t say to me.”

LeBron’s certainly seen it all as a player and is no stranger to hostile crowds and insults. However, this clearly stepped over the line which is why he acted so strongly.

Russell Westbrook was also asked by reporters about what went down. Westbrook was just a few steps away when the incident happened, but refused to get drawn in on specifics.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about, man,” he said.

The incident with the fan didn’t seen to affect Bron. Moments after, he hit a ridiculous step-back three, and broke out his famous ‘Silencer’ celebration. He then sealed the victory with another three.
