A video has surfaced of NBA player Rajon Rondo’s girlfriend, Ashley Bachelor, allegedly getting in an altercation with an unnamed woman in a parking lot. Details are still not clear about the incident as we write. But let’s find out more about Ashley Bachelor and her and Rondo’s relationship.
Who is Rajon Rondo?
Rajon Rondo is an NBA player. He currently plays point guard for the Atlanta Hawks, but has previously played ball for the Boston Celtics, LA Lakers, Dallas Mavericks, the Bulls, New Orleans Pelicans and the Sacramento Kings.
Rondo was born in Louisville, Kentucky on 22 February 1986 and has three siblings. His father left the family when he was only seven and his mom raised Rondo and his siblings all on her own.
Rondo went on to win the NBA championships with the Boston Celtics in 2008.
Rondo’s sporting interests at school were football and baseball, but he quickly changed his mind. He moved over to basketball and played for the University of Kentucky. During his time at the university he set a record for the most steals in a single season.
Rondo joined the NBA in 2006, forfeiting the last two years of college. It seems like this was the right decision and he has never looked back!
Meet Ashley Bachelor
Rajon Rondo’s girlfriend, Ashley Bachelor, hails from Detroit, Michigan and works as a hairstylist.
The couple have two children together – Ryelle and Rajon Jr. They had their first child, Ryelle in 2008.
Rondo met Ashley during his time at the University of Kentucky, where he played college basketball. Although the pair have reportedly been engaged since 2010, it is not clear if they have said their I-do’s just yet.
