Here’s everything we know about model and tennis coach Haylei Snelson after Grizzlies star Ja Morant allegedly liked a series of her IG posts.
Ja Morant is one of the brightest young basketball stars in the entire NBA. The Grizzlies star was the Rookie of the Year in 2020 and made serious strides this past season.
The 22-year-old was named an All-Star starter for the first time in his career, and was also named the NBA’s Most Improved Player. The mercurial point guard also led a talented young Grizz squad to the Western Conference semifinals. However, they were beaten by eventual champions the Golden State Warriors.
The 2022-23 season promises to be another important year for Ja but, away from the court, he seems to be enjoying the offseason.

Morant recently made headlines over MJ comments
Morant has been in the news recently after his sit-down interview with Taylor Rooks.
They discussed a number of basketball-related subjects, including basketball legend Michael Jordan. Ja paid homage to His Airness, but backed himself in a game of 1-on-1.
“Thank you,” Ja said on what he would’ve told MJ. “He’s the reason a lot of people want to play the game of basketball. To even be there with him is something I didn’t see myself doing as a kid, but having the opportunity to be there and talk to him, introduce myself, to have that conversation with him.”
“I don’t know what I would’ve said, I wish I played in his generation, though,” Morant told Rooks. “How he went about the game, just that mindset he had. I would like to play against him.”
Ja claimed he would have “cooked him too” adding: “Nobody has more confidence than 12 [Ja’s number].”
