After blowing out the Phoenix Suns in Game 7 of the WCSF, Luka Doncic became an instant meme on social media.
The Dallas Mavericks blew out the No.1 seed Phoenix Suns in the Western Conference semi-finals on Sunday night.
The Mavs won 123-90 and led by 30 points at the half. Luka Doncic was a menace all night, scoring 35 points while adding ten rebounds and four assists. There’s been a lot of smack talking throughout the series and, after the Game 7 win, Luka Doncic became an instant meme.

Luka Doncic memes flood social media after Game 7 win
There’s been plenty of back and forth between the Suns and Mavs all series, particularly between Devin Booker and Luka Doncic.
In Game 5, Booker was seen flopping around after a foul on him before calling it “The Luka Special” on camera. That was shortly followed by an incident in which Booker stole the ball from Doncic’s hands during a pause in play.
As Luka and the Dallas Mavericks left the court following Game 5’s loss he could be seen uttering the words: “Everybody acts tough when they up.”
However, after the Game 7 victory, it was the Dallas All-Star who would have the last laugh on Booker and the Suns. After the game, a meme of Luka Doncic looking up at Booker went viral:

A meme of Lil Wayne, who called Luka out in the previous game, was also going viral. The rapper was in attendance in Phoenix and was caught looking rather despondent with the Suns down by 12 in the second quarter:
Luka continues to troll in post-game press conference
“It’s the same like trash talking. It gets me going. It’s another motivation,” Doncic said after the game. “Everyone had the Suns to win this one, but the whole locker room believed. That’s what won us the game.”
Luka was also asked whether he was aware he had scored the same amount of points individually as the entire Suns team (27) heading into half-time.
“Uh, yeah, of course,” he wryly admitted:
The Mavericks take on the Golden State Warriors in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, which starts on Wednesday.
