Is Trae Young balding? Knicks fans think Trae Young is losing his hair and created flyers to throw the youngster off his game.

Trae Young is one of the best young point guards in the NBA and he showed that in the first round of the NBA playoffs against the Knicks.

Young became a pantomime villain for New Yorkers as he played an integral role in the Hawks beating them 4-1 in the series.

The Knicks tried everything they could to throw the youngster off his game, including taunting him about his hair. So, is Trae Young really balding?

Knicks allegedly hand out flyers mocking Trae Young’s hair

During one of the games, fans chanted “Trae is balding”. But before the game, fans were allegedly handed flyers with a message about him.

Someone uploaded an image to Twitter with the alleged flyers being passed around Maddison Square Garden. The message read: “At only 22 years old Trae’s hair is thinning at an alarmingly fast pace and he has a bald spot forming on the crown of his head.

“This will be a much more effective chant to take advantage of home court and throw Trae off his game.”

Is Trae Young balding?

Trae has understandably never spoken about the matter, but his hair (or lack-of) has proved to be a contentious issue.

Some think he’s balding, others just think he has an unconventional hairstyle.

There’s no known issue with his hair, it’s just likely that Trae, like many other thousands of men, is starting to lose his hair a bit earlier than expected.

The comments about him balding seemed to fuel Trae Young, who became public enemy number one for the Knicks in their 2021 first round playoff series.

He opened Game 2 with a step-back 3-pointer and taunted the crowd by putting his finger over his mouth.
