During Game 1 of the Mavericks vs Golden State series, Charles Barkley fired back at some taunting Warriors fans with a rather NSFW joke.

Inside The NBA host Charles Barkley is famous for his candid and outspoken personality, which started during his NBA playing days and continued into his present-day media work.

‘The Round Mound Of Rebound’ is currently covering the Conference Finals alongside TNT co-hosts Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal, and was heard responding to some hecklers last night.

Charles Barkley’s NSFW ‘mama’ comment goes viral

The Inside The NBA gang were in San Francisco on Wednesday (19 May) to cover the Warriors’ Western Conference Finals match-up with the Dallas Mavericks.

The crew – who were also joined by Dwayne Wade – were filming the show live outside Chase Center in front of hordes of excitable Warriors fans.

Fans were trolling Barkley throughout the show (thanks to some hilarious encouragement from Shaq). During a commercial break, Chuck reacted to all the heckling with a rather R-rated response.

A video went viral of Charles replying to the hecklers with the words: “If you don’t leave me alone, I’m going to come to your house.” We’ll leave the second half of his comment to your imagination but it involved doing something to the hecklers’ “mamas”.

Chuck seemed to enjoy taunting Dubs fans all night

Jokes aside, Charles was clearly having fun with the crowd. He even got into it with Dubs fans later on in the broadcast who started chanting “Barkley sucks”.

See the interaction here:

The hostility from the crowd seemed to stem from the fact Barkley picked the Mavericks to win the series over the Warriors. However, Charles is notoriously bad when it comes to predictions, even when he seals them with his patented ‘guarantee’.

In fact, Charles picked the Utah Jazz and Phoenix Suns to beat the Mavericks in the previous rounds, so he’s not exactly having much luck with his predictions so far this post-season. Perhaps just leave him be?

Things also got pretty heated between Charles and Shaq

During another segment on Wednesday’s show, Charles and Shaq had a suitably heated exchange over Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler.

Celtics guard and defensive player of the year Marcus Smart was missing from Boston’s Game 1 loss to the Miami Heat. The Celtics lost the game and Jimmy Butler scored 40 points.

Shaq and Charles didn’t see eye to eye about the impact of Smart’s absence, with Charles saying Butler wouldn’t have had that many points if Smart was playing, which Shaq vehemently disagreed with.

Check out the heated exchange below:

Game 2 of the Warriors vs Mavs series takes place in San Francisco on Friday night.
