At the Spanish GP, several Formula One fans noticed a woman close to Lewis Hamilton.

Penni was first seen at the Bahrain GP earlier in 2021 with Angela Cullen – Lewis Hamilton’s physio.
Having worked with talent for years, it is thought that Thow has now taken on a consultancy role with Lewis Hamilton.
This appears to corroborate with a recent article confirming Lewis Hamilton’s deal with British motorsport and advanced engineering group, Prodrive.
The deal is for Prodrive to run the seven-time Formula 1 world champion’s first move into team ownership.
The deal is in partnership with Hamilton’s X44 Extreme E team.
Furthermore, Lewis split with his long time manager Mark Hynes recently, and it seems Penni has replaced him.
According to the article, Hynes previously ran the Project Forty Four business that presides over the Extreme E entry. However, now the set-up is being led by Penni Thow.
