The Jets tight end recently got engaged. Here we take a look at Tyler Conklin’s girlfriend Scottie Falk and their two dogs, Laska and Luna.
2022 has been a big year for Tyler Conklin. In March, the 26-year-old signed a three-year, $21 million contract with the New York Jets after spending his first four years in the NFL with the Vikings.
Conklin was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the fifth round (157th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft after playing college football at Northwood and Central Michigan.
The Michigan native has now capped off a memorable year by getting engaged to girlfriend Scottie Falk.
Tyler Conklin and girlfriend get engaged
On 11 July 2022, an Instagram account by the name of @alyssamezdesign revealed that Tyler Conklin and girlfriend Scottie Falk were engaged.
The Instagram Story was picked up by Twitter account The Jet Press, a site devoted to New York Jets news, and shared on the platform.
Congrats to Quinnen Williams (one of Conklin’s Jets’ teammates) on his wedding and Tyler Conklin on his engagement, the post read.
Tyler then posted the message to his own Instagram Story which can be found @t_flight1.
Meet Scottie Falk
Scottie likes to keep a relatively low profile and her Instagram is set to private. However, Tyler often shares photos of the couple spending time together and travelling all over the world.
In November last year, the Jets man posted a birthday message to Falk. ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY lil mama! You truly are my rock and I love you with all my [heart emoji]. Amazing weekend celebrating you with our family’, he wrote:

They are proud dog parents to Laska and Luna
Tyler Conklin and fiancée Scottie Falk are huge dog lovers and are proud parents to Laska and Luna. Laska and Luna are Siberian huskies who the couple treat like family members.
“As you saw, they like me a lot better than they like Scottie,” Tyler said (via Vikings.com). “But in all reality, Scottie probably gets to spend a little more time with them, brings them to the dog park like three times a week, and they probably like Scottie a little bit more. So the test might not be true, but I’ll take it.”
Conklin grew up with dogs and always had an affinity towards wolves, which bear a striking resemblance to Huskies. Scottie was more of a cat person but is now a certified dog lover.
“But huskies are kind of like cats to me,” she said. “The way they sleep on top of the couch, the way they play … I don’t know. I’ve loved having dogs so far – they’re my children.”
Tyler got Laska as a puppy shortly after being drafted in 2018. Luna was added a year later when Tyler and Scottie moved in together.
