Christian Kouame

Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has claimed Leeds will have to pay £17.7m to sign Fiorentina forward Christian Kouame.

The 23-year-old is viewed as an exciting prospect, although he only has one Serie A goal to his name this season.

Fiorentina are also hesitant to let him go because of a shortage of strikers at the club.

Potential departures

Kiko Casilla

The Athletic journalist Phil Hay has stated on his podcast that Leeds’ board are weighing up the possibility of selling back-up goalkeeper Kiko Casilla.

The Spanish shot-stopper featured in last week’s 3-0 defeat against Crawley as Leeds crashed out of the FA Cup. He was largely criticised for his performance.

Rafa Mujica

Las Palmas president Miguel Angel Ramirez has told AS Leeds are prepared to sell Rafa Mujica to the Spanish club.

The 22-year old is currently on loan at Real Oviedo. He has yet to score for the side since arriving in August.

Mujica has never played for Leeds and appears surplus to requirements.

Ryan Edmondson

It was a flying visit back to Leeds for young striker Ryan Edmondson.

The big number nine returned to Thorp Arch this week after a half-season loan with Aberdeen.

But the prospect has already been loaned out again, this time to League One outfit Northampton Town for the rest of the campaign.

However, the table is topped by Leeds defender Luke Ayling. The pair are both ahead of the legendary Lionel Messi!
