Here’s a round-up of the latest transfer news and rumours surrounding Everton.
Last week we reported on Everton’s links to Adrien Rabiot, Ruslan Malinovskyi, Brandon Williams and three potential departures to Carlo Ancelotti’s squad.
Here’s an update of transfer news and gossip from the Everton camp.
Potential signings
Mehmet Zeki Celik
Turkish Football reports that Everton have submitted a fresh offer for Lille full-back Zeki Celik.
The Toffees had bid for the Turkish international in the summer, but have apparently revived their interest with a new sum this month.
The reported fee is undisclosed, but it would probably need to be quite high, considering he has two and a half years remaining on his current deal.
He has also registered 18 senior international caps for his country.
Romain Perraud
Everton are interested in Stade Brest defender Romain Perraud, according to Le 10 Sport.
The left-back who joined on a four-year deal from Nice in July 2019, agreed a deal in principle to extend his current deal until 2025.
However, that hasn’t phased Everton, who are set to battle Leipzig for the full-back’s signature.
Perraud is seen as ideal cover for compatriot Lucas Digne, who has struggled with injuries this term. The former has three goals and five assists from 18 Ligue 1 appearances this campaign.

Joshua King
Everton are reportedly keen on signing Bournemouth forward Josh King, according to the Sun.
The Toffees see King as a potential alternative for Dominic Calvert-Lewin and will consider utilising defenders Jarrad Branthwaite and Jonjoe Kenny in the move.
However, Branthwaite has also interested the likes of Blackburn Rovers and Sheffield Wednesday, according to the Liverpool Echo.
King has a good record against the Toffees, scoring five times and assisting fives in ten appearances across all competitions.

Felipe Anderson
With West Ham lacking dynamic attacking players it has been reported they are set to recall Felipe Anderson from his loan spell at Porto.
However, TeamTalk suggests Everton could be tempted to sign the Brazilian instead.
Anderson has made only five appearances in all competitions for the Portuguese club during his loan spell.

Marcus Tavernier
Everton are set to battle a host of Premier League clubs for Middlesbrough midfielder Marcus Tavernier, according to TEAMTalk.
Leeds, Wolves and Leicester are also keen on the 21-year-old, but Boro are reluctant to sell him just yet.
Tavernier has three goals and three assists from 25 appearances overall this campaign.

Moises Caicedo
Everton have submitted a bid of £5.41 million for 80% of the rights of Independiente Del Valle midfielder Moises Caicedo, according to Tutto Mercato Web.
The Ecuadorian has attracted interest from a host of clubs including Milan. However, both sides seem to have been beaten bu Brighton.
The Daily Mail reports that the Seagulls have allegedly had a bid accepted by the midfielder’s club and are organising a medical for the 19-year-old.

Sami Khedira
Sami Khedira is reportedly anticipating an offer from Everton, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Speaking to GiveMeSport, he suggested that Khedira is hoping to reunite with Ancelotti, having fallen down the pecking order at Juventus.
The 33-year-old is a free agent in the summer and his experience from international competitions and at Real Madrid would be invaluable to take the Blues to the next level.

Demarai Gray
Everton are reportedly in the running to sign Leicester City winger Demarai Gray.
This is the belief, following comments made by Brendan Rodgers to Sky Sports, that contact has been made by clubs for the Foxes’ out-of-favour winger.
Everton and Newcastle are favourites for the winger, but neither side have formally submitted a bit. The 24-year-old is out of contract in the summer.

One in, one out
Bernard and Robin Olsen swap
Corriere dello Sport reports that Carlo Ancelotti has given the green light for Bernard to join Roma.
The Brazilian has been touted by his former Shakhtar Donetsk boss Paulo Fonseca now at the helm at the Italian club.
The move could potentially see on-loan Giallorossi goalkeeper join Everton on a permanent basis, according to the Italian outlet.
The Brazilian has 18 months left on his current deal.
