We reveal more about Kedon Slovis’ stunning girlfriend Kate McKay after it was announced the USC quarterback had entered the transfer portal.

On Monday, 13 December, it was revealed USC quarterback Kedon Slovis had officially entered the transfer portal. Slovis, a junior in 2021, first came on the scene in 2019 when he earned a starting spot on the Trojans as a true freshman.

However this season, he has dealt with injuries and his starting spot has been threatened by the emergence of true freshman Jaxson Dart. With the emergence of Dart and the prospect of a new regime under head coach Lincoln Riley, it seems Slovis has opted to explore his options elsewhere. Despite that, there’s no guarantee Solvis will leave because a player can withdraw his name from the portal at any time.

Slovis has thrown 7,576 yards and 58 touchdowns with a 68.4% completion rate in his career. According to 247Sports, he finished the 2021 season with 2,153 yards, 11 touchdowns and eight interceptions while completing 65% of his passes.

Who are Kedon Slovis’ parents?

The young football star was born on 11 April 2001 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Kedon Slovis’ parents are Max and Lisa Solvis, who are both middle school teachers in Scottsdale. Both his parents have been supportive of Kedon’s sporting endeavours since he was a child, while his father has supposedly never missed a game of Kedon’s.

Against ASU in last year’s season-opener, Kedon threw for 381 yards and two touchdowns, while Max watched on from a hotel room in Los Angeles.

“It’s nice to be in a stadium where you can’t pace. I was up and down pacing for every minute of that ball game because it was so stressful,” Max Slovis told Daily Trojan. “You know, it’s just tough to not be there. It is tough.”

Kedon Slovis’ girlfriend is Kate McKay, whom he has been dating for about a year and a half. 20-year-old Kate is an aspiring soccer player who plays for intercollegiate team the Pittsburgh Panthers.

The couple keep a relatively low profile but Kedon has shared pictures of his girlfriend to Instagram in the past. They appear to be very close and look pretty loved up.

Kate is on Instagram but her account is set to private. She has more than 5.3k followers and has 84 posts.
