Here’s a round-up of the latest transfer news surrounding Arsenal.

Earlier this week we reported on Arsenal’s interest in Nicolo Barella and Omar Rekik, while providing the latest on Folarin Balogun’s future. The arrival of Rekik has since been confirmed by the club.

Arsenal transfer update – possible signings

Emiliano Buendia

Arsenal are unwilling to include Reiss Nelson or Joe Willock in a deal to try to bring Emiliano Buendia to the Emirates Stadium, reports The Athletic.

Buendia has been in sparkling form in the Championship this season. The Argentine winger has registered seven goals and seven assists for Norwich.

However, Arsenal are still keen to keep hold of Nelson and Willock, with both youngsters having shown glimpses of their potential this season.

Marcos Paulo

Fluminense are ready to sell teenage winger Marcos Paulo, according to Globo Esporte.

The Arsenal target is out of contract in the summer and appears unlikely to sign a new deal.

TEAMtalk reports Arsenal aren’t the only club interested in Paulo, with Leeds and West Ham also monitoring the forward’s contract situation.

Arsenal transfer update – possible departures

Mesut Ozil

Turkish side Fenerbahce are confident they are going to sign Mesut Ozil this month, according to Sky Germany.

Talks are believed to be at a “crucial stage”, with all parties looking to negotiate the best deal possible.

Ozil hasn’t featured for the Gunners this season after being left off the squad list at the start of the campaign.

Shkodran Mustafi

Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi has been offered to Inter Milan, according to Italian website FCInterNews.

Mustafi has failed to start a league match this season and doesn’t appear to be in Mikel Arteta’s plans.

The Germany international has previous experience in Italy, having played for Sampdoria between 2012 and 2014.
