Steven Nzonzi
The Gunners have been keeping tabs on France midfielder Steven Nzonzi for several years, according to Get French Football News.
Nzonzi is on loan at Rennes from Serie A side Roma. He has previous Premier League experience with Stoke City and Blackburn Rovers.
A return to England is a possibility, with the experienced player’s spell in Ligue 1 set to come to an end.

Arsenal technical director Edu has expressed concerns over Lucas Torreira’s struggles at Atletico Madrid, as reported by AS.
The midfielder has started only two La Liga games since he began his season-long loan at the Spanish side.
Edu said: “‘If everyone is happy, we will continue like this. if Lucas is not well, we will seek a change because there are many teams calling me to ask about the player’s situation.”

Arsenal look set to miss out on exciting youngster Ali Akman. Manchester City have entered negotiations to sign the Bursaspor teenager, according to Sporx.
The 18-year-old has netted nine goals in 16 league matches for the Turkish side this season.

Arsenal have missed out on German wonderkid Angelo Stiller. The 19-year-old has joined Hoffenheim from Bayern Munich, as reported by Fussball Transfers.
Wolverhampton Wanderers were also monitoring the youngster’s situation.
Despite being a big hope for Bayern fans, the academy graduate rarely featured in Bayern’s senior team before making the switch to Hoffenheim.
