Bridges had 23 points from 12 shots, putting the Suns in a great position in the series.

Given he has the same surname as Miles Bridges, who plays for the Charlotte Hornets, people were wondering if the two are related.

However, they are not. Miles Bridges was born in Flint, Michigan in 1998, and Mikal Bridges was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1996.

They were both selected in the 2018 NBA draft.

Mikal Bridges’ mother is Tyneeha Rivers, who raised him as a single mother after having him at 19 years-old.

His father is Jack Bridges, although nothing is known of him.

Bridges’ mother, Tyneeha Rivers, is the Vice President of Human Resources for Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment, which hires for the Philadelphia 76ers.

She has a Twitter account but has not been active since 2018.
