Lontrell Williams, aka Pooh Shiesty, is 21 years old.
Shiesty emerged as one to watch about a year ago, with singles Shiesty Summer and Main Slime Remix helping him amass almost a million followers on Instagram, and a third of a million subscribers on YouTube.
Represented by talent agency MN2S, the Memphis rapper comes from a musical lineage – his father, Mob Boss, founded Mob Ties Records.

Shiesty is himself a founding member of the Choppa Gang collective, and is quoted as saying, “Me and Choppa Gang, before we were rappers we was just moving around, y’know?”
“We did everything else but make songs”, he continues, “And then we started to do that too.”
Where is Pooh Shiesty from?
Pooh Shiesty is from Memphis, Tennessee. Born in South Memphis’ Cane Creek Apartments, Shiesty grew up around music.
His home is Memphis, but Shiesty spent two years in Texas, living with his mother, pre-2018.
In conversation with Memphis daily newspaper The Commercial Appeal, Shiesty said he is “100% Memphis”.
“I’m how I am because I’m where I’m from. You know Memphis – it breeds the right stuff into you. I’m glad I went through what I went through to come out the way I did.”

Pooh Shiesty’s collective includes fellow rappers Big 30 (sometimes stylised as BIG30), Choppa Tee and K Carbon.
The group’s YouTube channel, Choppa Gang Ent., has 143K subscribers and regularly live streams Playstation 5 sessions.
However, their most popular uploads are predominantly songs by Pooh Shiesty. His young age has not held him back from receiving national media attention.
Shiesty released his anticipated debut mixtape Shiesty Season via Gucci Mane’s The New 1017 record label.
