The vinyl edition of Kirk Hammett’s Portals EP also dropped today, Saturday, 23 April, aka Record Store Day.
Because of its release on Record Store Day, the vinyl release is only available to buy in stores. Therefore, we recommend checking in with your local vinyl retailer to see where you can buy it in stores near you.
While fans can’t currently get the vinyl edition of the Portals EP outside of stores, you may be able to shop it online soon.
As explained on the Rough Trade website, unsold vinyl not bought today will be available on the Rough Trade site from tomorrow (Sunday, 24 April) at 8am EST.
Other record retailers have stated the vinyl could also be released on their sites from next week. Drift, Banquet Records and Crash Records Leeds have all said the vinyl would be available on its sites from Friday, 29 April.
However, Juno has listed the Portals vinyl to hit its online store next Saturday (30 April).
