If you missed out on Tyler Childers’s artist presale, there will be another opportunity as individual venues are releasing their own – here’s what you need to know about the presale codes.

Tyler Childers announced his Send in the Hounds Tour earlier this month, which will see the Lady May singer touring North America from April to September 2023.

The artist presale commenced on Wednesday, November 16 on Ticketmaster. But instantly, fans ran into problems accessing their presale codes. This comes just days after Taylor Swift fans ran into problems on the ticket site. Swifties hoping to catch Taylor Swift on her Eras Tour were stuck in long ‘presale waiting rooms’ on ticket websites, then facing resale tickets going up for eye-watering prices.

But more presale tickets for Tyler Childers’s Send in the Hounds tour are soon to be made available. Here’s what you need to know.

Presale codes for 2023 tour confirmed

One of the confirmed codes to access presale tickets for Tyler Childers’s tour is HOUNDS although there are several other codes you can use.

The Ticketmaster presale code is reportedly HEADLINE which is also the presale code for The Met Philly (Philadelphia). Other venues with the presale code HEADLINE include Leader Bank Pavilion (Boston) The Pavilion at TMF (Irving), and Arizona Financial Theatre (Phoenix).

Greek Theater (Berkeley) has confirmed the code is JUBILEE

Radio City (New York) has SOCIAL as its presale code.

Venue presale follows ticket sell out

As the artist presale saw plenty of Tyler Childers’s fans miss out on the first round of tickets, some fans took to the internet in frustration. Notably, frustration over the inaccessibility of presale codes and the presence of bots and ticket resellers.

“Got a presale code and got ONE ticket to see Tyler Childers after trying for two and a half hours… also paid double the original price and wasn’t the section I wanted but was the only thing I was able to get. I don’t think I’ll ever use Ticketmaster again,” one disappointed fan tweeted.

One fan who received their code too late alleged that tickets sold out in 10 minutes: “I got it but I got it right at 9:00am and by the time I got through the queue at 9:10, they were all gone.”

Another revealed that fans were struggling to get the Spotify presale codes:

Tyler Childers tour tickets go on general sale later this month

If you miss out on both artist and venue presales, you’ll have to try your luck with the general sale tickets later this month.

General ticket sales start this Friday, November 18, at 10 am local time via Ticketmaster
