After going viral on Tik Tok, the music video for Chlöe Bailey’s debut single Have Mercy dropped yesterday, Friday, 10 September. As fans hype the song on social media, some have wondered who Chlöe Bailey samples at the start of Have Mercy.
Who does Chlöe Bailey sample on Have Mercy?
Chlöe Bailey first teased her debut solo track back in July on her 23rd birthday. The single’s intro was later released on TikTok, which later went viral on the platform as it became a dance challenge.
At the start of Have Mercy, a voice is heard rapping: “Booty so big (Work), Lord, have mercy”, which also features in the 2018 track. The sample is stated on the Genius page for Have Mercy, and both TT the Artist and UNIIQU3 are credited as writers on the new release.
