American rapper Yung Baby Tate, one of the newest faces on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, has made a splash in recent years, but it’s not for want of musical parents. Her mother and father, Dionne Farris and David Ryan Harris, were recording artists before their daughter was even born. So, who are Yung Baby Tate’s parents?
Who is Yung Baby Tate?
Born 1996 in Decatur, Georgia, Yung Baby Tate (real name: Tate Sequoyah Farris) is a rapper, singer and record producer.
Tate released her debut EP ROYGBIV in November 2015, and a Christmas-themed EP a year later. But she started playing music at a much earlier age.
In an interview with The Source, she credits her “start in music” to her time spent “in the womb”.

She played the piano age 10, sang in choir at church, and attended performing arts schools as a youngster.

“I was just coming up with ideas in my room. I used to record – I still do record in my room, but all of ROYGBIV was made in my room.”
