You should make your man feel jealous if he looks at someone else, says dating coach
A dating coach says you only need to do two things if your man looks at someone else; act unbothered and make him jealous.
Anna Kristina is a popular TikTok creator and mindset coach who has shared some simple instructions to trigger your partner’s ego if they are acting up, based on different behavioral dating traits in men and women.
How to act unbothered if your man looks at someone else
Anna Kristina, a self-titled mindset coach who shares dating advice on social media, took to TikTok with two simple instructions suggesting what to do if you catch your man checking out another person.
This advice is mostly suitable for heterosexual relationships, since the TikTok creator describes the differences between men and women’s behavior.
If your partner is looking at another woman, perhaps on social media by liking her Instagram posts, watching her stories, or even if you’re sitting in a restaurant and find him turning his head while this beautiful woman walks in, Anna has you covered.
Psych Central states that acknowledging someone else’s attractiveness can make partners uncomfortable, and therefore showing interest in other women could be the first signs of cheating. A psychologist suggests that married men cheat on their wives when they feel neglected.

Anna’s first step of advice is to “stay unbothered – you shouldn’t even flinch.” Think of yourself as the main woman, you’re the woman on the pedestal.
The mindset coach says that getting jealous, angry, and upset only lowers yourself onto the other woman’s level: “Now you’re competing with this woman over your men’s attention. If you keep your mouth shut, you know your spot and you’re not lowering your value in his eyes.”

Secondly, Anna says you should trigger your partner’s ego and try and reverse the jealousy feeling onto him.
However, looking at other men will not make them jealous because men don’t compete over beauty like women often do – according to the dating coach. Instead, “men compete over success and money; their watches, their fancy cars, because they think that the more money they have, the more women they will get.”
You should try boasting about other men’s success, Anna lists examples like checking out fancy cars, talking about your co-worker’s wealth, hinting at how much money your ex made, or even mentioning fancy things like the yachts you’ve been on while traveling…
Anna states that doing this to your partner will trigger his ego and the masculine instinct to compete: “In other words, that’s how you’re going to make him jealous.”
The viral TikTok video has gained over 500,000 views and a comment section filled with debate, since some viewers argue that instead of making your man jealous – you should simply leave the relationship.
One user stated that men who behave like this are “low value”, and another suggested that “it’s not about jealousy, its about respect”, instead you should know your worth and “leave in silence.”
Some people in the comment section however did agree with the video, joking that you should “master the art of staying unbothered” and one user joked that you should “order all the most expensive things on the menu” if your date is turning his head in a restaurant.
On the other hand, some viewers see no problem at all with their partner looking at other women, as someone wrote: “Who cares? Beautiful women are fine to look at.”
