The superhero had a big 2023, with voice actress Jacqueline Pinol also continuing to bring the character of Miles Morales’s mom, Rio, to life. The 44-year-old American actress voiced Rio in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, reprising the part after working on both Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Not only that but she provided additional voices for the critical blockbuster smashes Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse and its sequel, Across The Spider-Verse.

Jacqueline started the new year capturing the attention of Spider-Man fans everywhere when she posted a 3D image of her character Rio that was sent to her by an artist.
“Someone sent this to me,” she tweeted on Monday, January 1st 2024. “WOW! Beautiful artwork by a 3D Artist. Hey, moms can be sexy too! Ringing in the New Year with Sexy Rio Morales. WHAT!? A bit risqu� for me so enjoy now because Im taking it down in 24 hours!”
The post shows Rio in a Santa hat with her back turned, leaning over her shoulder to give a flirty smile. Holding some mistletoe, the graphics announcing ‘Happy New Year’.

If you’re wondering why she kept the tweet up despite teasing it would be taken down in 24 hours, she explained why in a follow-up post. “Well, I kept it up [due to] popular demand!” she confessed.
