‘UFO’ with changing lights caught on camcorder could have been a ‘controlled craft’
A US man and his mother witnessed a rather strange sighting in broad daylight decades ago, whose origin was hard to determine. Experts believed it was a ‘UFO’ as it looked nothing like an ordinary craft.
UAPs have been studied for ages, although the existence of extraterrestrial lives hasn’t been established. But the possibility of aliens can’t be ruled out either, thanks to numerous sightings supporting the theory of non-human beings.
Man captures ‘UFO’ on a camcorder in a rare clip
It was June 1996. A man and his mother made it to the news after claiming they saw a strange flying object in the sky, that too during the day.
Not only did they describe its unique characteristics, but the US man managed to capture it on his camcorder. The rare footage was shown in an interview which is now available on KCRA.
It depicts a spherical glowing object, that changes its color from golden to red before going out of sight. The person who claimed to have seen it in person said:
“I looked up in the sky and I don’t know what it was, but there were lights going around in circles. I saw different flashes,” he said, while his mother, when asked if the sighting scared her, responded: “No, it was too far away. If it was right above me, I probably would have run” thus claiming that she saw the unidentified object too.
The UAP encounters in the past weren’t reported as widely as they are today and the supposed UFO captured on camcorder wasn’t verified either. Although the footage serves as evidence, it’s hard to determine the object’s exact nature.
Expert suggests the flying object was a ‘controlled craft’
The expert who analyzed the footage couldn’t tell for sure if extraterrestrials were responsible for its movement, but he sounded certain when he said it was “controlled” by an unidentified source.
“So, it’s not a plane, certainly not a helicopter. It’s certainly not a star,” said the UFO expert John Kasher upon closely studying the footage.
He claimed, “It’s an unidentified flying object.” before adding:
“That obviously was some kind of a controlled craft because it maneuvered, and shot up at the end. So, somebody was doing something with it. The origins of whoever it was aren’t clear.”
Meanwhile, the man responsible for capturing the original footage hoped it “came back”, so he kept a close watch on the sky.
