Two things women should ‘never do’ with men in a relationship, says dating expert
It’s easy to lose yourself in love. A relationship adviser says, women of ‘high value’ should refrain from doing two things for their own good.
Romantic relationships aren’t easy to navigate. Some moves make you more desirable, and others, make your partner value you less.

Dating expert highlight two things women should ‘never do’
In one of her videos on TikTok, dating expert Esther Sarphatie says women should never “complain or explain” themselves.
She believes women are less likely to get what they want from a man by complaining about it. This essentially means, that criticism can drive your partner away, while being vocal about what you want without being rude is more attractive.
“The only way to get what you want from him is to literally ask him,” says Esther.
According to the relationship adviser, high-value women shouldn’t explain themselves to their partners. “When you explain yourself, you give away your power. Let your silence be your strength,” says Esther.
She further explains that a “high-value woman” only speaks when necessary and is being heard, which means, you shouldn’t force your opinions on the other person.
When to not text a man
Esther goes on to address another common issue in dating – investing yourself a bit more. She advises women not to text a man if he hasn’t responded already. “Listen to me, girl. A man doesn’t reach out because he doesn’t want to reach out,” she says.
“You as a woman shouldn’t want to be with a man who forgets about you. Because a man who wants you will make sure that you know he wants you,” Esther explains.
She elaborates on what relationship coach Brian Nox pinpointed in the video we discussed earlier – detaching yourself from a man to be happy and content.
Both dating experts emphasize self-love and independence to not hurt when a relationship falls apart.
