Two brand new Hershey’s chocolate Frozen Fruits spotted on shelves
Hershey’s has added two scrumptious new options to its Frozen Fruit lineup which launched last year.
The range features real frozen fruit slices covered in yummy chocolate, and these might be the best ones yet.
New Hershey’s Frozen Fruit
The two new options are both frozen chocolate-covered strawberries, but one is Hershey’s flavor and the other is Reese’s.
The Hershey’s ones are plain milk chocolate, while the Reese’s option also have a layer of yummy peanut butter underneath.
Both chocolate brands are owned by The Hershey Company, hence why the product comes in the two chocolate flavors.
The ready-to-eat strawberry slices have already been spotted at Jewel-Osco, Walmart and Target this week.
Instagram food influencer Snackolator said they “should be rolling out to retailers nationwide” – so keep your eyes peeled.
Hershey’s Frozen Fruit lineup
The two new strawberry options join the brand’s chocolate-covered frozen fruits which launched in October 2023.
“Hershey’s Frozen Fruit is an irresistible bite-sized treat providing a fruity take on classic chocolate favorites,” the brand said in a press release. “The new line of products combines real fruit with decadent chocolate delivering indulgence in every bite.”
Four different varieties launched, including Hershey’s White Creme & Milk Chocolate Frozen Fruit Raspberries, which are raspberries draped in white creme and milk chocolate to create a “fusion of creamy sweetness and tart fruitiness in every morsel”.
The Hershey’s White Creme & Milk Chocolate Frozen Fruit Blueberriesare similar, consisting of layers of cream and milk chocolate, and the Hershey’s Cookies N Creme Frozen Fruit Strawberriesare dipped in one layer of Hershey’s white creme, then coated in chocolate cookie bits.
Prior to the two new launches, the only Reeses option was the Frozen Fruit Banana Slices, which are covered in chocolate and peanut butter, “creating the ultimate flavor combination”.
‘Creating moments of goodness’
“At Hershey, were committed to creating moments of goodness,” said Ernie Savo, President, The Hershey Licensing Company. “We are doing just that with the launch of our new Hershey’s Frozen Fruit line and look forward to sharing the joy of this delightful treat with consumers across the country.”
Their Frozen Fruits range in price from $7 to $8 for an 8 oz bag, so we can expect the new strawberry slices to be priced similarly.
