TikToker gets a tattoo of ‘that’ scene from Saltburn

A TikTok user has concerned fans after unveiling her new tattoo of a particular scene from the Amazon Prime sensation Saltburn.

As long as you have a phone you have no doubt been blasted with Saltburn content for weeks. Ever since it hit cinemas, the world has been obsessed. That obsession only grew once it was added to Amazon Prime just before Christmas.

Yes, its THAT scene

Earlier this week, TikToks Cheyenne (@garbageinfluencer) surprised the platform as she recorded a tattoo artist depicting a rather NSFW scene from Saltburn. The artwork doesnt shy away from the topic and provides viewers with a rather honest depiction of the scene.

On top of the video, she revealed: POV: The Grave scene really affected you.

Since posting, the video has accumulated over 147k likes and two million views. Many of her followers flocked to the comments with burning questions that needed answering

Now why would you do this? one person asked, to which Cheyenne responded, Its simply iconic.

Another person quipped: This should be illegal.

What happens in the scene?

In this particular scene, Barry Keoghans character Oliver Quick attends the funeral of his best friend (who he murdered), Jacob Elordis Felix Catton. The beautifully shot moment unfolds as you might expect, that is until Oliver begins to, for lack of a better term, get intimate with the freshly turned grave.

Just moments later, hes practically naked and having the time of his life. Viewers on the other hand were left shocked and horrified, depending on their individual taste levels. Some, like Cheyenne, clearly found the scene quite thrilling.

What is Saltburn about?

Saltburn, directed by Emerald Fennel, is a film with so many meanings. Some have argued that its about individual morals, while others have celebrated its artistry and compared it to other niche works like Jennifers Body.

Reviews have certainly been mixed, but no one can deny the overwhelming effect it has had on social media, and pop culture in general. On Rotten Tomatoes, it currently sits with a 71% critic score and a 79% audience score.

The plot reads: Set in Oxford and Northamptonshire, England, it focuses on an Oxford University student who becomes fixated with a popular, aristocratic fellow student at his university, who later invites him to spend the summer at his eccentric family’s estate.

It also stars the likes of Rosamund Pike, Richard E. Grant, Alison Oliver, Archie Madekwe and Carey Mulligan.

The film has seen the resurgence of British pop starSophie Ellis-Bextor and her catchy song Murder on the Dancefloor. But, if you ask us, Archie Madekwes five-second karaoke clip deserves just as much love and critical analysis.

Are there other Saltburn tattoos?

Naturally, tattoo artists are publishing a range of ideas for Saltburn-obsessed fans on TikTok.

Such themes include the antlers Oliver wears to his birthday party, iconic quotes from the film and gentle hints at some of the more overt sexual moments.
